Welcome to Share Skills Training & Learning Solutions. Thank you for showing interest towards becoming an instructor with us. The process and flowchart is as follows.
1. The candidate first need to send resume or profile to info@shareskillsonline.com or
shareskillstrainings@gmail.com
2. Once the resume or profile of the candidate gets shortlisted, he or she will be called for interview.
3. Depending in the profile and interview, the candidate will be selected
4. Trainers & their courses will be promoted in all platforms of share skills such as Facebook Live, YouTube, Instagram, WhatsApp Groups, Telegram channel etc.
5. Share skills will be making promotional videos, flyers, graphics, podcasts of associated trainers
6. Then trainers have to pay the deposit amount which is refundable as every course gets sold on SSO portal. Trainer will be liable to get 100% share of initial sales of courses till his or her deposit amount is recovered and after that there will be a revenue sharing applicable as per MoU between
trainer and SSO.
7. Business revenue Share system is as follows
1) If sale is done by Trainer, then trainer will get up to 70% of total sales.
2) If sale is done by agent of SSO, then trainer will get 60% of total sales
3) If sale is done by system of SSO, then trainer will get 50% of total sales
8. Payment disbursement Clause: All payment disbursements will be done on monthly basis. On 10th
of every month, the share amount will be disbursed into trainers account by SSO
9. Share skills will provide all assistance in content creation, book publication & other digital services.
10. Share skills will provide brand gifts such as T shirts, Wall Watch etc. to trainers for branding.
